12 Weeks of Holiday the Wrap Up!

Posted on Posted in Shop Updates

 So Close Now!

But if you have an hour, you can still whip up a little something with left over bits!

Check out the Lip Balm Cozies in our Ravelry Favorites. Crochet wins the day with the most fun cozies, but this Light Saber that I made for my favorite Star Wars fan was a hit!

Bonus, while supplies last, I have a lip balm for you! Available in shop, free- from me to you.

Want something a little more traditional? Check out the Stocking ornament bundle in our Ravelry Favorites. I got a little carried away. I started with the stockings, but I love ornaments and now I have a whole list of amusements. I have to start with the snowy owl. Erika is very into Harry Potter and will love a Hedwig. I think some sparkly angora will do the trick.

My Holiday Tradition

This tradition is relatively new, but tasty. And it makes a great hostess gift.

Irish Cream

1 2/3 cup Irish Whiskey

1 cup Heavy Cream

1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk- fat free if you must

2 Tablespoons Chocolate Syrup- special dark is good, too

2 teaspoons Vanilla

2 Tablespoons cold coffee

Blend 20 seconds on high. Transfer to airtight container. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 months. Shake well before serving.

I can make 2 batches from a 750 ml bottle. Yield is 1 qt and 1 pint from 1 batch. Plenty to share! Enjoy!
